We read a lot today about “finding your purpose.” I was fortunate to find and live my purpose long before it was a “thing” to do. I believe that the human spirits is brilliant, fierce, amazing, and unstoppable. And I have been dedicated to bringing that belief to life. Mary has excelled as a designer and facilitator in both spaces; in-person and virtually for 25 years. For the past 13 years, she has done all the research and experimented with implementing what works in the vILT space, building H.I.V.E’s! She has discovered that a virtual program can be a greater learning experience for actual learning than an in-person program.
One key reason is you get to hear from every voice in the room, not just from the hands being raised. The virtual space creates a unique environment where many people feel safer than in a room with others.
