Program Overview
Design Analysis is the opportunity to (re-)evaluate your learning programs with a subject matter expert. We will focus on merging best-in-class techniques in virtual design and delivery. It’s transforming your programs from passive knowledge consumption to active involvement and activities that integrate both the left and right side of the brain for deep level learning. Pssssttt….learning takes place on the right side of the brain, where personal connection takes place.
It’s about creating a learning and thinking environment.
TVF will review and assess an existing program, analyzing the full offering from the invitation to the evaluation through the lenses of:
- Current research in the utilization of brain science and learning
- Ability to engage and sustain energy, interest, and participation
- Clarity of content and retention
- And, ultimately, what participants learned
A summary report will be provided identifying current state and key, high value recommendations. All part of building an impactful program that makes a difference.

Why Design Analysis?
Are people learning by design or default?
L & D was asked to flip training overnight. There was limited research and understanding how to effectively design and deliver virtual training. L&D professionals often took in-person decks and transferred them onto a virtual platform with minimal changes.

How the Design Analysis works
Option 1 - Active Learner
The Virtual Facilitator will participate as a Learner in one of your current virtual offerings. After participating as a Learner, TVF will provide a summary report documenting their experience, and identifying key, high value recommendations.
