Program Overview
What is a Customized Evaluation?
An honest, candid analysis with an open conversation discussing the evaluation.
Partner with TVF to receive a customzied evaluation and feedback to amplify your skills as a facilitator or presenter.
TVF will observe a live or recorded virtual delivery of your choosing, and provide a detailed custom analysis of the session.
We will identify your areas of strength, area of opportunity, talk through your questions and barriers to being the very best virtual facilitator you can be.
After working together we will provide recommendations targeting your personal needs. Finally, a one-hour follow-up will be provided to check-in, evaluate progress, and discuss your path forward.

TVF has 12 years of experience facilitating virtually and has combed through current research and findings to identify the key facilitation techniques necessary for participants to learn a lot, not just hear a lot. Program Specifications
Inside this program
Step 1: ZOOM Call
A 30 to 45 minute conversation to
1. Understand your motivation and desired outcomes
2. Create a schedule and timelines
3. Complete a communication assessment (optional)
Step 2: Observation and Evaluation of Your Virtual Delivery
Option 1: TVF will observe a live or recorded virtual delivery of your choosing, and provide a written custom analysis of the your facilitation.
Option 2: Observe a recorded session together with TVF discussing what is working well and identifying opportunities to reflect a more effective techniques. Upon completion receive a custom written analysis and summary.
Step 3: Progress Update and Recalibration
Finally, a one-hour follow-up will be provided to check-in, evaluate progress, and discuss your continued path forward.
